Backstory: Eiji is your typical, responsible older sibling who does his homework and never forgets to take out the trash and always remembers to politely wish you good morning. In other words, Eiji is a good boy. However, the stress of being the good boy hasn't been good for Eiji. His father is terminally ill, his mother is having an affair, his career hopes of being an Olympic pole-vaulting champion have been smashed by injury and the pressure on Eiji pushed him into dangerous depression, to the point that his photographer friend Ibe offered to take him to America just for a change in scenery. While in America, Eiji meets teenaged gang leader and prodigy Ash Lynx and is introduced to a world of danger, violence, and hardship. Determined not to quit and run away from the pressure this time, Eiji finds his purpose as a refuge and friend for Ash.
Appearance: Dark black hair, dark eyes, slight but athletic body-type, kind of short and not likely to grow much taller. Eiji dresses like a normal college kid with collared shirts, sweater vests, jeans, long-sleeved t-shirts, etc. You mind find the occasional cartoon character on his shirts.
Skills:Being adorable as shit Eiji puts people at ease with his kindness and open nature. There's basically no malice or maniuplativeness to him, which is a rarity in this day and age. Eiji can also be very brave when he has to be. He knows his own morals and he doesn't compromise them, sometimes to his detriment. Apart from that, Eiji is gifted at photography and pole-jumping (despite injury keeping him from fulfilling his full potential).
